Senior Graduation Information & Green Signature Form

* NOTE* It was brought to our attention by two very alert parents that there is a typo (date discrepancy) in the Senior Letter mailed to your homes. It was corrected immediately in the digital copy below. Commencement is Tuesday May 21st. Please forgive the error.

This is for ALL members of the Class of 2024~
Read the attached information about senior graduation practices and expectations. Return the Green Signature Form to the HS Office.

Baby Pictures DUE May 3 by 3:00pm

Hurry! Hurry! Hurry!Only 5 days left!
Baby Pictures needed by Friday May 3 at 3:00pm. An outside resource is creating the slide show and pictures MUST be sent by the due date. Only 21 of 58 seniors have submitted a picture. WHAT?  Email pictures to Miss Erin in the HS Office.   [email protected] or drop off a paper photo to be scanned.

Senior Memories Pictures DUE May 5 by 3:00pm

Senior memories pictures (photos of your senior & friends from the early years) are also due Friday May 3 by 3:00pm. Get those T-ball, soccer, birthday, 8th grade trip, daddy-daughter, first dance pics in ASAP. Email digital pictures to Miss Erin in the HS Office at [email protected]  Limited to 7 pictures/senior. ABSOLUTE deadline is Friday 5/3.

If you are borrowing a Cap & Gown to wear at commencement, you will likely need a 2024 Tassel.  I have them for sale in my classroom.

Cap and Gown, Announcements & Senior Items Delivery


Delivery of all pre-ordered caps, gowns, announcements and other senior items will be Friday 3/8, during lunch at TVS, to TVS & CCP seniors.
Delivery of all pre-ordered caps, gowns, announcements and other senior items will be Thursday March 14, during lunch at MVCTC, to MVCTC seniors. Items not picked up at MVCTC will be delivered back to TVS.
