Military Families

A purple outline of Ohio contains a white star with a purple star inside.

Twin Valley Community Schools is honored to serve our nation's military families and is proud to be recognized as a Purple Star School by the Ohio Department of Education. This designation is a reflection of our deep commitment to supporting students and families connected to the military, including those serving in the active military, National Guard, and Reserves.

The Purple Star School program recognizes schools that show dedication to meeting the unique needs of military-connected students, whose families often face transitions, deployments, and moves. Our commitment ensures that every military-connected student feels supported, welcomed, and has the resources they need to thrive both academically and emotionally.
