TVS-MVCTC FFA Member Named MVCTC Member of the Month

Jordan Ritchie has been selected for the Miami Valley Career Technology Center Agriculture Education Satellite Student of the Month for January 2025. 

Jordan is a 4-year Ag Ed student and FFA member. Jordan is currently serving as our FFA chapter Secretary. Over her last 4 years of membership, she competed in multiple contests including Agriculture Soils, Livestock Evaluation and Floriculture. She has also contributed over 102 volunteer hours within the community at local events including the Preble Co. Pork Festival, Preble Co Ag Society, Jacob’s Ladder and the West Alexandria Oktoberfest. Her Supervised Agricultural Experience is creating Hygiene Stations within our school to help those in need of toiletries and hygiene products. This includes writing grants, helping with supply orders and restocking stations. 

Jordan is also an active member in National Honors Society, SADD, Student Council and plays varsity Soccer and Basketball. Jordan is a positive role model and goes beyond what is expected to help our chapter and our members succeed. She is an excellent candidate to represent the Satellite Ag Programs as January 2025 Student of the Month.
