Dear Twin Valley Community Schools Parent:
This is a reminder that students who are approved for Free or Reduced lunch pricing will also receive breakfast free of charge. And, at $2.00, breakfast is still a bargain for students who pay full price. Students MUST take at least one, ½ cup fruit side with breakfast to qualify as a meal. Students may take two fruit sides if they choose to do so. They may then select the remaining two or three components that make up the rest of their meal. We offer a variety of breakfast choices, including hot breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, breakfast bars, cereal, and milk. A hungry student is a distracted student. Starting the day with a nutritious breakfast is the best way to prepare students for the learning environment. So please take advantage of this opportunity to help your child start the day off on the right foot. We hope that you and your child have a great year! Please feel free to call me at 937-839-5691 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or comments.Thank you!
